Thom is caring, reliable, and attentive, treating my baby girl like his own. His communication and updates were excellent, and I returned to a happy, relaxed dog. I highly recommend him and will definitely book with him again.

I have nothing but great things to say about Thom. He’s watched my two large breed dogs several times. They love him. He is competent, trustworthy, and dependable. Great with the details of feeding and medicines and understanding each of my dogs different personalities. Keeps me updated with pictures and always leaves the house clean after watching them. Even washes their bowls. I can’t think of a negative thing to say and I really mean that. 100% recommend him.

I can’t recommend Thom highly enough! He took care of my dog, Charlie, for two weeks while I was away on a work trip, and I couldn’t have asked for someone more loving, attentive, and trustworthy.

Charlie is an older pup with some special care needs, so leaving him for that long can always make me a little nervous. From the beginning, though, it was clear that Thom genuinely cared about Charlie and was incredibly attentive to his needs. Charlie quickly became comfortable with him, and knowing he was with someone who made him feel safe, loved, and at home gave me so much peace of mind while I was away.

Thom was also fantastic about communication. He sent regular photo updates, was very responsive whenever I checked in or had a request, and was always easy to reach. I never had to wonder how Charlie was doing because Thom made sure I knew he was happy and being well cared for.

Probably the best review came from Charlie himself: when I finally got home after two weeks, he almost didn’t care that I was back because he was having such a great time with Thom!

I completely trust Thom with Charlie and would absolutely have him care for him again. He has such a natural instinct for animals and treats them with genuine love and affection, while also being responsible and attentive to their care and safety. Finding someone you can truly trust with your dog is incredibly important, and I feel very lucky to have found Thom. Charlie definitely has a new friend!
